In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Access to the emp4d Platform is conditional on satisfying all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. You represent and warrant to emp4d that:

• You are an individual natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity;
• You are at least 21 years of age. Access to emp4d is strictly prohibited for persons under 21, regardless of the age of majority applicable under local law;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited or where you bear sole personal responsibility for determining its legality in your location;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction that has been designated a restricted territory by emp4d (such designation is updated periodically at emp4d's sole discretion);
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party in registering or operating your Account;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of any person employed by emp4d or any game studio, payment processor, or affiliate partner of emp4d;
• You have not previously been self-excluded or excluded by emp4d on account of problem gambling or a breach of these Terms.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, registered email address, and mobile telephone number. You agree to update your account details promptly should any of this information change.

• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination;
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. emp4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure;
• You must notify emp4d's support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation;
• emp4d reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

emp4d conducts mandatory identity and age verification (KYC) as a condition for processing any withdrawal request. KYC may also be triggered at any stage of your membership if emp4d's compliance team determines that additional verification is warranted.

Documents typically required during the KYC process include:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian National ID Card — KTP, passport, or SIM driving licence);
• Proof of date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above;
• Proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet registered for withdrawals (e.g., a bank statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your full name and account number);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by emp4d's compliance team.

Failure to complete the KYC process within the timeframe specified in emp4d's request will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is successfully completed. Funds already deposited and any associated winnings will remain in your account and will not be forfeited solely on account of a pending KYC review, unless fraud or terms violations are identified during the process.

All deposits and withdrawals on the emp4d Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). emp4d supports the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Rp 25.000;
• Minimum deposit via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata): Rp 50.000;
• E-wallet deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation of payment;
• Bank transfer deposits are credited within 1–5 minutes during standard Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) banking hours;
• emp4d does not impose a deposit fee. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are the responsibility of the Member.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100.000;
• Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted;
• Standard bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are processed within 5–15 minutes during WIB banking hours;
• E-wallet withdrawals via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are available 24 hours a day and typically settle within 3 minutes;
• emp4d does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard transactions. Expedited or exceptional processing fees, if any, will be disclosed to the Member before the transaction is confirmed;
• emp4d reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it reasonably considers to require further verification;
• Withdrawal requests submitted while a wagering requirement remains outstanding on Bonus Funds will be processed in accordance with Clause 6.

emp4d offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Members including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotional rewards (e.g., Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day promotions). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are issued as Bonus Funds and credited to a separate bonus wallet within your Account;
• Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied;
• The standard Wagering Requirement applicable to emp4d welcome bonuses is 10x the bonus amount. Individual promotion pages will specify the exact requirement for each offer;
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds that remain subject to an unsatisfied Wagering Requirement at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically;
• Only bets placed using Bonus Funds count towards Wagering Requirement fulfilment. Bets placed from your Real Money Balance do not contribute to a Bonus Fund wagering requirement;
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate. The specific contribution rates are published on each promotion's individual page;
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the applicable Wagering Requirement pathway;
• emp4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice in the event of a technical error, suspected abuse, or regulatory requirement;
• Members found to be exploiting bonus terms through matched betting, arbitrage, or any form of systematic advantage play may have their bonus forfeited and their account reviewed for compliance with these Terms.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the emp4d Platform. Specific game rules for each product category (sportsbook, live casino, slots, Sakong, Sic Bo) are published in the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• A bet or wager is only valid once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a unique bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during a system outage, connectivity interruption, or technical error are void;
• emp4d reserves the right to void or cancel any bet placed on an event whose outcome was known at the time the bet was placed;
• All mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be correct for a winning payout. If any single selection is void, the bet reverts to a reduced accumulator on the remaining valid selections;
• The voor bola (Asian handicap) line published at the time of bet placement is the line applicable to that bet, regardless of subsequent line movement;
• In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed odds and the true market odds resulting from a manifest error, emp4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake to the Member's account;
• emp4d's decision on the settlement of any bet or game outcome is final. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the relevant event settlement via the support team;
• All casino and slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Return-to-player (RTP) figures for each game are available from the respective game studio's published documentation.

emp4d is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling behaviour. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from your account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit to your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before activation;
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss threshold over a daily, weekly, or monthly period. Once your loss limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration. The Platform will alert you when your session limit is approaching and will automatically log you out when the limit is reached;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which you cannot deposit, bet, or access the Platform;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the support team and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During the exclusion period, emp4d will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the emp4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account (whether directly or through a third party);
• Providing false, forged, or misleading identity, age, or payment documentation at any stage of registration, KYC, or withdrawal processing;
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age or assisting, facilitating, or encouraging any person under 21 to do so;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other conduct designed to disguise the origin of funds deposited to or withdrawn from the Platform;
• Using automated bots, scripts, scraping tools, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or pricing anomalies — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and the account reviewed;
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, bet settlements, or promotional outcomes;
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion, or account suspension imposed by emp4d;
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent deposit disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of genuine emp4d transactions;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by local law, where the Member was aware of or should reasonably have been aware of such prohibition.

All content on the emp4d Platform — including but not limited to the emp4d brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other material — is the property of emp4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes;
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from any portion of the Platform without emp4d's express prior written consent;
• Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) is subject to the intellectual property rights of those respective studios. emp4d's licence to you does not extend to any rights in third-party game content beyond what is necessary for normal gameplay.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, emp4d's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any Services — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member to their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

emp4d shall not be liable to you for any of the following, regardless of how they arise:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages;
• Losses arising from your inability to access the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, internet outages, or force majeure events;
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure or from unauthorised access to your Account;
• Losses arising from changes in applicable law that affect the legality of your use of the Platform in your jurisdiction;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, odds, statistics, or content published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes emp4d's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

emp4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement affecting the Member's jurisdiction.

Upon account termination for cause, emp4d reserves the right to withhold any Real Money Balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of any bonus credits) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

Members who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be withdrawn to the Member's registered payment account within the standard processing timeframe.

emp4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at emp4d.vip/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to emp4d processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities include:

• Collecting identity and payment information for the purpose of account management, KYC verification, and fraud prevention;
• Processing transaction data for the purpose of deposit and withdrawal fulfilment;
• Retaining account activity logs for compliance, audit, and dispute resolution purposes;
• Using contact information to deliver service communications, promotional offers (where marketing consent has been granted), and responsible gaming alerts.

emp4d does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and game studios to the extent necessary for service delivery. All data sharing arrangements are governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

emp4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, emp4d will notify registered Members via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact the support team to request account closure before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which emp4d is incorporated and licensed as an international online gaming operator. emp4d operates under an internationally issued gaming licence and is not licensed under Indonesian law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through emp4d's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body designated by emp4d's licensing authority. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits emp4d's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain a breach of these Terms.
